What we bring
We don’t have a public Contao reference. Contao is built on PHP and the Symfony framework, the technology we work with every day. We take over existing Contao websites, review them and keep them up to date.
If your website needs more than Contao does well, we will tell you and show you alternatives (Which CMS is right for you?).
- Update from Contao 4.13 to LTS version 5.7
- Checking extensions for compatibility with Contao 5
- Adapting templates and custom modules
- PHP version matched to the Contao version
- Accessibility to WCAG 2.2 (learn more)
- ongoing updates and backups (website maintenance)
Not sure which Contao version you are running? Send us your website address and we will get back to you with an initial assessment.

Frequently asked questions about Contao
We are still using Contao 4.13. Is that a problem?
Contao 4.13 has not received any updates since 14.02.2026, including security updates. The website keeps running, but new vulnerabilities remain open. We recommend moving to Contao 5.7.
Why 5.7 and not 6.0?
Contao 5.7 is a long-term support version with updates until 2030. Contao 6.0 is a short-term version that is only maintained until February 2027. For business websites, the LTS version is the safer choice.
Will our extensions work with Contao 5?
Not all of them. We check every extension and replace or adapt anything that is no longer maintained.
Do you have Contao references?
We don’t have a public Contao reference. We work with PHP- and Symfony-based systems and will tell you honestly whether your project is a good fit for us.
