Solar Calculator for an Online Pool & Pool Accessories Store

The objective of this project was to design a calculator for an online pool store.

The calculator was designed to determine the energy requirements for solar pool heating systems while also comparing the operating costs of heating oil and natural gas systems. The interface needed to be logical, intuitive, and easy to use. To simplify the selection process, we incorporated radio buttons, a drop-down menu, photos, and informative content to provide clear visual guidance. By presenting the client with multiple design concepts, we were able to identify their preferred page layout and refine the final design accordingly.

For the color scheme, we used the client's brand colors to match the nature of their business. We also created several alternative layouts for forms and input fields, enabling the client to select the combination that best suited their requirements.
