If you receive the error message Table 'TableName.#__chronoforms_LoginEvents' doesn’t exist in Joomla with the ChronoForms (v5) extension on a Linux server, even though the aforementioned table does exist, the issue may be related to case sensitivity.
The exact location of the problem can be difficult to find because ChronoForms stores forms in serialized form in the database. In our case, the culprit was a Log Action in the Setup section of a form. The selected table was not displayed there, even though ChronoForms' verification confirmed that a selection had been made ("Table selected" in the Setup overview of the affected form).
The solution was to select and confirm the desired table again in the "DB Save" action (_chronoforms_loginevents) and save the form again. Observed in Joomla 3.8.8.
