In January 2016, a change to the information requirements for online merchants comes into effect (Art. 14 of the ODR Regulation / Regulation on Online Dispute Resolution for consumer disputes No. 524/2013). The new information requirement concerning online dispute resolution will take effect on 09.01.2016.
It is recommended that the necessary amendments to the legal texts be made by mid-January (Imprint and General Terms and Conditions). However, according to the current status, the page of the European Commission to be linked to will not reach its final form until February.
